條款及細則

  1. 電子入場券只限本人使用。不論出於任何原因，所有電子入場券均不可退換、退款、轉讓、兌換現金或其他貨品、禮品或服務。

  2. 購買電子入場券必須使用其中一款指定網上付款方法。動物希望之心及/或其代理人（統稱「動物之心LP」）可隨時更改付款方式，恕不另行通知。

  3. 付款前必須檢閱並確認所有資料，包括但不限於活動名稱、日期及時間、金額及付款資料等（如適用）均是真實、準確和完整的。確認付款即表示您接受所有項目及金額。您須自行負責所有購買衍生之所有費用及責任。

  4. 所有付款均由第三方支付服務供應商處理。您明白，在確認訂單信息和付款後，信用卡資料/支付信息可能會儲存在第三方支付服務供應商處。在法律准許的範圍內，動物之心LP 不會因 (i) 任何影響您網上付款的失誤、延誤、中斷、中止、或限制，或(ii) 您的銀行付款系統出現的錯誤、誤差或失靈，或(iii) 由網上付款系統引起或與之相關的任何其他事項，導致您蒙受任何損失或損害 (包括間接及相應而生的損失) ，而承擔任何責任。

  5. 您必須確保用以付款之信用卡或相關付款戶口內有足夠資金可支付訂單款項。如因付款賬戶資金不足導致下單失敗，動物之心LP 不會承擔任何責任。

  6. 對於自然災害或動物希望之心不能合理地控制的原因，包括但不限於2019冠狀病毒病、流行病、爆發疾病、疾病大流行、政府措施、社交距離措施、互聯網故障、電腦設備故障、電訊設備故障、其他設備故障、電力故障、罷工、勞工糾紛、勞工或材料短缺、火災、水災、風災、爆炸、天災或第三者延誤或不履行責任直接或間接造成的任何延誤或失敗，動物之心LP概不負責。

  7. 參加者須按動物之心LP及相關主辦單位(如有)職員指示，遵守所有預防及控制疾病措施及安排。

  8. 所有參加者須確保所提供的任何資料均為真實和正確。參加者在提供任何個人資料之前必須細閱及同意動物之心LP的私隱政策及個人資料收集聲明 。

  9. 參加者須聽從動物之心LP職員之指示。

  10. 動物之心LP職員有可能要求參加者提供身份證明及/或其他個人資料(包括但不限於姓名及／或付款/信用卡資料)以用作核實參加資格、付款目的及／或作內部行政及審核目的。如參加者拒絕提供所需資料，動物之心LP保留權利拒絕為參加者進行相關手續/提供服務。

  11. 工作坊可能由第三方舉辦/提供。動物之心LP不對第三方所提供/售賣的產品、材料、資訊及服務作任何保證或承諾，更不須承擔任何相關損失或損壞的責任。與第三方舉辦的活動有關的任何投訴、索償、損失或損害，動物希望之心均不會負任何責任。

  12. 參加者需自行確保自身及財物安全，亦不可擾亂公共秩序、對任何人或他人財物造成任何危險、傷害或滋擾等。如於參與此活動任何推廣、活動或項目中構成任何傷害或財物損毀/損失，動物之心LP一概不會負責，參加者需獨自承擔所有責任、申索、索求及/或賠償。

  13. 動物之心LP或會於活動期間進行攝影及/或錄影，以供推廣使用。參加者同意過程中被拍攝或錄影。

  14. 所有圖片只供參考。

  15. 活動或因應政府限聚措施、惡劣天氣或其他原因而更改舉行日期、地點、參加人數及方式或取消而毋須事先通知或補償。動物之心LP將視乎情況再作安排，及保留一切安排之最終決定權。

  16. 動物之心LP有權隨時改動此活動架構及內容，包括但不限於此活動的任何內容、此條款及細則、其他項目及終止此活動而毋須預先通知。參加者有責任了解活動結構和內容的最新變化，包括本條款及細則的改動。參加者凡參與此活動，即代表該參加者接受所有相關活動架構及內容的改動。任何因活動架構及/或內容，包括其條款及細則改動及/或更新而導致的損失及/或損害，動物之心LP概不負責。

  17. 參與活動即代表參加者接受此活動的所有條款及細則。

  18. 如有任何爭議，動物之心LP保留最終決定權。

  19. 本條款及細則的中文及英文版本若有任何差異，一概以英文本為準。

  20. 此條款及細則受香港特別行政區的法律規管，並按照香港特別行政區的法律詮釋。參加者同意接受香港法院的專屬管轄。

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Electronic tickets can only be used by the applicant himself. All e-tickets cannot be returned, refunded, transferred, exchanged for cash or other goods, gifts or services for any reason.

  2. The number of places for the event is limited and is on a first-come, first-served basis.

  3. Electronic tickets must be purchased using one of the designated online payment methods. Animals Sum Love and Hope Limited and/or their respective agents (collectively “Animals Sum LP”) may change the payment method at any time without prior notice.

    Before making payment, you must review and confirm that all information, including but not limited to event name, date and time, amount and payment information (if applicable) are true, accurate and complete. Confirming payment means you accept all items and amounts. You are solely responsible for all costs and responsibilities arising from all purchases.

  4. All payments are processed by third-party payment service providers. You understand that after order information and payment are confirmed, credit card details/payment information may be stored by third-party payment service providers. To the extent permitted by law, Animals Sum LP will not be liable for any loss or damage (including indirect and consequential loss) suffered by you due to (i) any error, delay, interruption, suspension or restriction affecting your online payment, or (ii) any error, inaccuracy or failure of your bank payment system, or (iii) any other matters arising from or related to the online payment system.

  5. You must ensure that there are sufficient funds in the credit card or related payment account used for payment to cover the order amount. Animals Sum LP will not be held responsible for any order failure due to insufficient funds in the payment account.

  6. Animals Sum LP shall not be responsible for any delay or failure caused directly or indirectly by natural disasters or causes beyond Animals Sum  Love and Hope’s reasonable control, including but not limited to COVID-19, epidemics, disease outbreaks, pandemics, government measures, social distancing measures, internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunications equipment failures, other equipment failures, power failures, strikes, labour disputes, shortages of labour or materials, fire, floods, wind, explosions, acts of God or delay or non-performance by a third party.

  7. Participants must follow the instructions of staff of Animals Sum LP and relevant organisers (if any) and comply with all disease prevention and control measures and arrangements.

  8. All participants must ensure that any information provided is true and correct. Participants must read and agree to Animals Sum LP’s Privacy Policy and Personal Information Collection Statement before providing any personal data.

  9. Participants must follow the instructions of Animals Sum LP staff.

  10. Animals Sum LP staff may require participants to provide proof of identity and/or other personal information (including but not limited to name and/or payment/credit card information) for the purpose of verifying eligibility, payment purposes and/or for internal administrative and audit purposes. If the participant refuses to provide the required information, Animals Sum LP reserves the right to refuse to carry out the relevant procedures/provide services to the participant.

  11. Workshops may be run/delivered by third parties. Animals Sum LP does not make any warranties or promises regarding products, materials, information and services provided/sold by third parties, and shall not be liable for any related losses or damages. Animals Sum Love and Hope will not be responsible for any complaints, claims, losses or damages arising from events organized by third parties.

  12. Participants are required to ensure the safety of themselves and their property, and must not disrupt public order or cause any danger, harm or nuisance to any person or other people's property. Animals Sum LP will not be responsible for any injury or property damage/loss caused by participating in any promotion, activity or event of this event. Participants are solely responsible for all liabilities, claims, demands and/or compensation.

  13. Animals Sum LP may take photos and/or videos during the event for promotional purposes. Participants consented to being photographed or videotaped during the process.

  14. All images are for reference only.

  15. The event may be subject to change of date, venue, number of participants and method or cancellation without prior notice or compensation due to government restrictions on gatherings, inclement weather or other reasons. Animals Sum LP will make further arrangements depending on the circumstances and reserves the right of final decision on all arrangements.

  16. Animals Sum LP reserves the right to change the structure and content of this event at any time, including but not limited to any content of this event, these terms and conditions, other items and terminate this event without prior notice. Participants are responsible for keeping up to date with any changes to the Event structure and content, including changes to these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this event constitutes acceptance of all changes to the event structure and content. Animals Sum LP shall not be liable for any loss and/or damage arising from any changes and/or updates to the event structure and/or content, including its terms and conditions.

  17. Participation in the event constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions of this event.

  18. In case of any disputes, Animals Sum LP reserves the right of final decision.

  19. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

  20. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
